These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Novaz Cleaner: Clean Up Storage (the “App”) and our website (together, the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy also applies. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may revise these Terms, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

The Services

Novaz Cleaner: Clean Up Storage helps you free up storage on your iPhone: it finds duplicate and similar photos, screenshots, screen recordings and large videos, compresses videos, cleans up contacts, keeps private items in a PIN-protected Secret Space, and includes utilities such as a speaker cleaner, a charging animation and widgets. Our website provides information and how-to guides.

Deleting is your decision

The App suggests what you might remove, but you decide what is deleted, merged or compressed. Check each item before you confirm. Photos and videos you delete go to the Recently Deleted album in Photos, where iOS keeps them for a limited time; after that, and for contacts you delete or merge without a backup, they cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for content you choose to remove.

Keep your own backups of anything important. Items in Secret Space are stored in the App on your device; move them out before deleting the App or changing phones, and don't forget your PIN.

Speaker Cleaner

The speaker cleaner plays tones that may help move water or dust out of your iPhone's speaker. It does not repair a device or make it water resistant, and results are not guaranteed. Don't use it while wearing headphones. If your iPhone has been exposed to liquid, follow Apple's guidance.

Your responsibilities

  • You may use the Services only if you are 13 years or older.
  • You are responsible for the content on your device and for having the right to keep, move or delete it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Novaz Cleaner: Clean Up Storage PRO is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly (with a free trial) or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and is processed by Apple; trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple's terms. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you start a free trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Intellectual property

Novaz and its licensors own the Services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. iPhone, Face ID, iCloud, Shortcuts and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat and Messenger are trademarks of their respective owners. Novaz Cleaner: Clean Up Storage is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to — or attempt to —:

  • decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services;
  • violate any applicable law, or encourage anyone else to.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SUGGESTION IS CORRECT OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVAZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing law and general

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Novaz, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
