Why the scan can't see all your photos
iOS lets you share only selected photos with an app. That's great for privacy, but a cleaner then can't find duplicates or large videos in the rest of your library.
Allow full access
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps, then Novaz Cleaner (on older iOS: Privacy & Security › Photos › Novaz Cleaner).
- Tap Photos and choose Full Access.
- Go back to the app and run the scan again.

- Is full access safe?
- The app analyzes your library on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, and you can change access at any time in Settings.
