Clean up photos by swiping, month by month

Sometimes the easiest way to tidy up is to look at every photo once. Photo swiping turns that into something quick — even a little satisfying.

Start swiping

  1. Open Photo Swiping and choose a month.
  2. Swipe right to keep a photo, left to delete it.
  3. Keep going until the month is complete.
  4. Open the Trash Bin, review what you marked, and delete permanently.

Changed your mind?

Photos you swipe left go to the app's Trash Bin first, so you can review them before anything is deleted. After you delete them, they're in Recently Deleted in Photos for up to 30 days.

FAQ

Does it remember where I stopped?
Yes. Your progress in each month is saved, so you can come back later and pick up where you left off.
